Certificated Sub Info
Sub Compensation: $250 General Education/$280 Special Education, Long Term begins on day 11 @ $280.
To submit a Certificated Substitute/Hourly Application:
- Step 1 - Visit EdJoin.org to complete an application under: ‘2021/2022 School Year Certificated Substitutes’
- Step 2 - After Step 1 is completed, wait for a response from Gayle Palmer in HR, to proceed accordingly.
- Step 3 - Based on Step 2, COMPLETE and SUBMIT 'ONLY' THE SIGNATURE PAGES FROM THE FORMS BELOW:
Make sure all documents are signed and dated before submitting, as only completed applications will be processed. Submit all applicable forms via email, to Gayle Palmer @ gpalmer@carlsbadusd.net
- Copy of your 'current' TB, Drivers' License, and 'signed' Social Security card
- "ALL" Supplemental Step 3 Documents

- Step 2 - After Step 1 is completed, you will be sent for fingerprints at the District's expense.
- Step 3 - Based on Step 2's results, COMPLETE and SUBMIT 'ONLY' THE SIGNATURE PAGES (via email), FROM THE FORMS BELOW:
