High School Summer School Credit Recovery 2017

Carlsbad Unified School District will offer Summer School for credit recovery for CUSD high school students who earned “F” or “D” grades on their first or second semester report cards.

Summer School is not for advancement. It is for credit recovery only to replace “D” and “F” grades. Immediate recovery of credits lost due to failing grades helps students get back on track for high school graduation and college admissions.

*To request summer school, this form must be completed and submitted to the student’s  counselor. Students must meet with the counselor to review and submit course selections.
