• Rob Machado Foundation visited CHS talking Environmental Education

Through environmental education and sustainability solutions, the Rob Machado Foundation works to keep single-use plastic out of watersheds while giving children access to clean water.

The Rob Machado Foundation provides water filling stations to schools and public spaces. These stations provide a clean, healthful drink option for children and community members while eliminating the need for single-use plastic water bottles.

RMF also provides innovative trash and recycling solutions at beaches, schools and surf events to protect waterways from waste and to save recyclables from entering the landfill.

The RMF along with the Ecology Center furnished CUSD with filling stations at all three of our high schools. They are working closely with CUSD and CHS green team to work towards lowering the amount of waste and water bottles in the landfill.
