• LCAP Public Hearing and Input

Attached is a copy of the Draft 2017-20 Local Control Accountability Plan or LCAP for Carlsbad Unified (exhibit A).  As part of CUSD's adopted LCAP timeline we encourage stakeholders to provide additional feedback and input on the draft plan.  If you would like to provide feedback please submit an email to the following clcap@carlsbadusd.net.  


See also, below, the attached Draft of the Executive Summary of the 2017-20 LCAP (exhibit B).  This is a condensed version of the LCAP which includes relevant district-wide data and a spending plan on how the District is expected to use funds targeted for unduplicated students.


The Carlsbad School Board will also two additional Meetings where stakeholders can provide feedback on the plan.  Those meeting dates and time are:


  • Wednesday, June 7, at 6:00 pm (Public Hearing)
  • Wednesday, June 21, at 6:00 pm (Final Adoption)

All CUSD Board Meetings are located at the District Office which is located at 6225 El Camino Real, Carlsbad 92009.
